JKB Overcomes and Adapts

Team JKB is dedicated to our clients and vendor partners and is sensitive to their needs even during an epidemic!

JKB has put into place systems to ensure we can keep all projects running smoothly by adapting and overcoming adversity with utilizing the technology available today such as cloud based computing and virtual meetings. Over a year ago we saw a benefit in the investment of Cloud Based IT and took steps to ensure each teammate had the capabilities to work remotely no matter where they were. All that’s needed is a basic internet connection and a laptop. When the COVID-19 outbreak started taking off we were one of the first in our area to implement a voluntary “Work from Home” policy to ensure our team was safe and as comfortable as possible. This allowed us to get ahead of our competitors by weeks and when the mandatory “Stay Home Work Safe” was issued, our team was business as usual!

In addition, JKB Leadership is investing in our Field Warriors to ensure they are safe, secure and able to continue day to day activities without schedule slippage. Moving forward all JKB Projects will have COVID-19 and Proper Hand Washing Signage in order to educate our employees and vendor partners on the importance of taking this pandemic seriously. We will also be installing hand washing stations on all projects along with hand sanitizer, masks and digital forehead thermometers as they become available. The safety of our teammates, vendor partners and clients is not taken lightly at JK Builder!

In short, rest assured that when you send an employee to one of our projects or as a client have Team JKB representing your brand, we are always there looking out for you and your best interest!
